May Meetings and More
Written by Mary Stephenson
Again inspired by the great speakers this club has enjoyed. Thanks to all the members who have been diligent with this endeavor.
On May 26th Danielle Arendt came to tell us about United Way serving the North State. So many services I had no idea was available for even the middle class. Where if one is not rich enough to afford some extended help, but not poor enough to automatically receive help. Inspiring Programs for the Community
May 2022
There have been many inspiring speakers at our Thursday morning meetings.

I always got a kick out of his years of experience. I tried to write it down one day, but didn’t get my pen out fast enough. Maybe he was 150 years old. Just kidding, but he definitely lived a very busy life.
We were also honored to have District Governor Lion Karen Crook visit. Reminding us all about the Lion Convention on April 8th, 9th, and 10th.
Lion Egon gave us some of his childhood history and as a young man going to Canada (my homeland).
